Dr Matoula graduated with a DDS in Dentistry and went on to complete an MSc in Dental Public Health and Education, followed by an MClinDent in Orthodontics at University College London (UCL). During her postgraduate studies, she received recognition for academic achievement, including placement on the UCL Dean’s List.

She began her career working as a General Dentist before gaining further clinical experience as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinical Fellow at the Royal London Hospital. Dr Matoula completed her specialty training in Orthodontics atthe UCL Eastman Dental Institute, where she developed advanced skills in assessing and managing a wide range of orthodontic conditions.

Her clinical practice encompasses all aspects of orthodontic care, including the use of fixed, removable and clear aligner appliances. She is committed to providing evidence‑based treatment and supporting patients throughout their orthodontic care.

Outside her clinical work, Dr Matoula enjoys travelling and hiking and has a personal interest in literature and cinema.
